I just searched "Ways to calm down when angry" and all I got was USELESS BULL. Then I added "for teens" at the and all I got was MORE USELESS BULL. So here're some ways which I think is not useless bull.
Take a breath for 4 seconds, hold it for 7 seconds, let out for 8 seconds. Repeat 2, 3, or even 4 times.
Stomp your feet. No seriously, if your floor is weak or you have neighbors under you, then gET OUT AND STOMP YOUR FREAKING FEET.
Sometimes punching something soft doesn't do the trick. So put your thinnest pillow against the wall aND PUNCH THE THING TILL DEAD.
Grab a bottle, take a sip, anD SPIT IT AT THE MIRROR IN YOUR BATHROOM.
Bury yourself in blankets and pillows and SCREAM.
Listen to white noise. Grab headphones, put it on, and play rain sounds or café noises or library sounds or anything.
Try to say "Peter Piper picked a peck of pickled peppers, a peck of pickled peppers Peter Piper picked. If Peter Piper picked a peck of pickled peppers, then where are the peck of pickled peppers, Peter Piper picked?" over and over (doesn't work for everyone).
Watch a funny TV show or funny Tiktoks or videos
Sing.
Take a shower.
Turn yourself into a mummy wrapped in blankets and sob.
Read Qur'an, recite a Surah, sing a Nasheed, say "A'oodhu billahi minashaitanir rajeem" multiple times.
So far, all these have worked for me. I alternate between them so I don't get used to one thing.
